Journey Through Taiwan with Grace

International visitors need a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their home country license. Taiwan residents require a valid Taiwan driver's license. We recommend obtaining your IDP before arriving in Taiwan, as it can take several weeks to process in some countries.

After you reach out through our contact form or by phone, we'll discuss your travel dates, preferences, and intended routes. We'll suggest suitable vehicles from our fleet and provide a detailed rental agreement. Once confirmed, we'll arrange delivery or pickup at your preferred location. The entire process typically takes one to two business days.

All our rentals include comprehensive insurance, GPS navigation, 24-hour bilingual roadside assistance, and vehicle delivery within Taipei. Multi-day and weekly rentals also include curated route suggestions. Fuel, highway tolls, and parking fees are the responsibility of the driver. We provide detailed information about nearby gas stations and parking facilities.

We understand that travel plans can shift. If you need to extend your rental, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on vehicle availability. Changes to pickup or return times can usually be arranged with a day's notice.

All our vehicles are meticulously maintained and inspected before each rental. In the unlikely event of a mechanical concern, our 24-hour roadside assistance is available immediately. Depending on the situation, we'll either send a technician to you or arrange a replacement vehicle at our expense.

Our day rentals include up to 200 kilometers. Multi-day and weekly packages offer higher mileage allowances appropriate to the rental duration. Additional kilometers can be purchased if you plan an extensive journey. We'll discuss your intended route during booking to ensure the package fits your needs.
